The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large for a Japanese hotel and had a coffee table and two lounge chairs. The mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel. We walked everywhere and the hotel was well situated in a very quiet area approx 15/ 20 minutes from the station and centre of town.
There were no negatives. I guess I'd just say that the building is slightly dated yet everything is spotless. Yes, it could be closer to central Sendai but then it would have been more expensive...

Location was nice, a convenience store right across the street, buss stops close and a 20 min walk to the Sendai train station. The staff was very nice. Room was clean.
We booked during the golden week and i think it was for that reason the price was a bit steep for such a room.

Nice staff. Good location. Quiet
Quite dirty which is very unusual in Japan. There was a massive layer of dust on the cover of the lamp above the bed, also at the bottom of the window and behind the door. Looks like the cleaning staff does not have time to really clean beyond the floor. Also the door to my fridge was broken. Feels quite run down overall
