Great location, 8th floor floor to ceiling picture window had a great city view overlooking the Sendai Station plaza below, access in the station to all of your retail stores and needs below, very convenient, work desk area was a good size and the bed was very comfortable
Buffet breakfast was a bit expensive @ 3000Y for the limited items that was served up, we’ve been travelling 6 weeks now in Japan and have tried the breakfast at all our hotels and this one was just ok in variety and quality.

The bed/pillow are low quality. The air purifier was dirty.

*The entrance from 2F was not easy to find. We passed by the door once and we wwre not the only ones.
*I heard someone singing Karaoke from my room for a while.
*Breakfast restaurant opened at 6:25 but the stuff did not invite us, so I have waited till 6:30. I expected better service.
