Location
*The entrance from 2F was not easy to find. We passed by the door once and we wwre not the only ones.
*I heard someone singing Karaoke from my room for a while.
*Breakfast restaurant opened at 6:25 but the stuff did not invite us, so I have waited till 6:30. I expected better service.

Localtion is very good within Sendai JR station which is very convinenc.
Front staff should be better if they can communicate more with English. Some staff only speak very little Japanese. But most staff can communication in English easonable enough.
