St Laurn has always been home away from home for me and my family, the energy of that place is unparalleled!! I am in love & will never not stay there!
I just feel the rooms need upgrading little refurbishing. And kitchen open for people who come back after Sej Aarti.

Every thing, very fresh and tasty

Break fast spread was good.
HK response can be more prompt. Provisioning of plates and spoon in the room would be helpful especially when we have a 3year old kid along.

The atmosphere in the hotel lobby and around is calm and pleasant. Clean towels were sent upon request.
The hotel needs repairs and renovations. The sheets and towels were dirty. Hygiene level has dropped as compared to my last visit in 2024. Though the hotel was empty, late check out was denied bluntly.
