The location is unbeatable. The hotel surroundings and room are beautifully & tastefully decorated. Staff are kind and polite. Shower pressure was fantastic! We also had icecream from the cafe downstairs which was really tasty. We have no regrets staying at this hotel.
The cleaning in the room, particularly in the bathroom needs work & the 2 elevators are exceptionally slow and only hold 2 people at a time which became very annoying.
