Everything was awesome. The room was cleaned by the staff everyday, the towels got changed everyday, the location is PERFECT and you can reach almost everywhere very fast. The walls are thin and you can hear everything that is happening in the corridors and sometimes that might bother you but overall we enjoyed our stay.
The front door of the second building cannot be locked and that is a little dangerous, you should fix that and also a little isolation of the room could help lower the noise.

Very good price and excellent location, right next to Galata tower
Non existent noise isolation: I literally could hear the people on the room next to me listening music or having sex or babies crying 1 floor below.
No elevator: for me is not a big deal but for elder people could be an issue going through stairs up to 4 floor
Other circumstantial issues: the shower didn’t had hot water the first day, the mini fridge was not working and my room was in another building crossing the street to go to reception or get breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. They made us feel very welcome, and there was such a lovely and sincere atmosphere among the team. The place itself was also comfortable and pleasant. Overall, I had a really great experience and felt well taken care of.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant that I didn’t like. My overall experience was very positive.

Friendly and helpful staff & clean rooms.
Hotel is very close to Galata tower, and trams & ferry is within walking distance.
The property does not have an elevator, only stairs. So if you have mobility problems, it would be a struggle.
However, We were fine & got our extra steps in!
We were on the 2nd floor, and staff were very helpful with taking suitcases and bags up & bringing them down the stairs.
