Excellent location — Galata tower, tram station, lots of shops and places to eat. Also, helpful staff, helped us with all the questions. We got the renovated room, first floor, nice design, all the necessities were there. The walls weren’t soundproof, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We slept well :) Price we paid was reasonable.
The cleanliness could be improved, since the room was a bit dusty and the towels had (probably) the previous guest’s hair on them.
Also, a few details that can be easily fixed:
1) the hairdryer’s placement is very inconvenient, moreover the power is very low, which is extremely annoying and feels like it’s actually faster to let hair dry naturally.
2) the blanket was way too small for the double-bed we had. It means that one person always ends up half-uncovered, unfortunately.
3) the room layout around the bed is a bit cramped and has sharp corners, so it’s pretty easy to bump your legs and get bruises. Just be careful )

A good hotel located conveniently for most tourist points of interest - close to Galata tower, Karakoy pier, and tram and M2 metro. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with toiletries, tea,coffee and water provided. Breakfast is served in a large rooftop room and is varied, delicious, and plentiful. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. The area feels very safe and I would recommend it for solo (female) travellers.
The bathrooms could do with some repair work.

Good location, polite staff..
Noisy room you can hear people talking in the room next to you and in the corridor. My room was quite cold, it doesn't have central heating only air conditioner which didn't do good job had to stay under the blanket..
