Front desk staff was very helpful, Only problem is they offer only one key card, which is problematic.

Million dollar rooftop view from the daily breakfast location. Incredibly helpful front desk staff - from sightseeing recommendations to a last minute early AM breakfast accommodation. Lovely restaurant staff. Rooms small but extremely clean and well decorated. Recommend a rooftop dinner. Galata area is the best location to explore Istanbul (Istiklal Street up behind the hotel is 2.5 km of endless interest, easy access to Blue Mosque etc. via walk or public transit).

We've stayed at Galata Times Hotel before, and we really love it! We love to stay on the family suite for the extra space and privacy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, down the street from the metro and from the Galata tower area with small shops and markets.
