We had an amazing stay at the Pera Tulip Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing. It sits right in the heart of the lively Beyoğlu district, meaning we were just a short walk away from the iconic Galata Tower and the bustling shops of İstiklal Avenue. It was so convenient to step outside and instantly be close to so many major attractions without needing a taxi.What made our stay even better was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel right at home.After a long day of walking around the neighborhood and exploring the local spots, it was wonderful coming back to a hotel with a spa and pool to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with great hospitality!

I was especially grateful to the reception staff for allowing me to check in early in the morning. My flight arrived very early, so being able to check in and get some much-needed sleep made a huge difference, and I really appreciated their flexibility.
I also enjoyed the breakfast, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and there is a metro station almost directly across the street, which makes getting around extremely convenient.
The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. I noticed that my bedsheet had some stains. Since I was only staying for one night and didn’t want to make an issue of it, I didn’t complain or request a change, but I do think housekeeping could pay a little more attention to these details.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is nice, and the excellent location makes it a very convenient place to stay.
The main issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheet had visible stains, which was disappointing and made me question whether the bedding had been properly checked before my arrival. Since I was staying for only one night and was very tired after an early flight, I chose not to complain or ask for it to be changed. However, I do think housekeeping should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bedding and overall room preparation.

Location’s amazing and the bar staff were lovely! The balcony in our room was incredible too.
Very dated, not particularly clean, the cleaning team left dirty glases in the room for a week(!) and rubbish in the halls for just as long. Sheets were pretty dirty and had rips etc, same with towels. Bathroom didn’t smell pleasant. Light hanging out of the roof etc. they had upgraded us as well, can’t imagine what a standard room is like tbh.
