La ubicación es excelente y dispone de fácil aparcamiento en las inmediaciones.
El patio trasero es muy agradable para disfrutar de veladas junto a la piscina.
Las camas son amplias y muy cómodas al igual que el salón.
No dispone de aire acondicionado por lo que en días de temperaturas y humedad altas se pasa calor en el interior y cuesta conciliar el sueño.
El agua de la piscina no está bien mantenida, se puso turbia en dos ocasiones durante nuestra estancia, pese a casi no haberla utilizado. En la primera ocasión, el dueño del apartamento pasó y resolvió el problema, pero la segunda vez nadie se pasó y tuvimos el agua turbia durante dos días hasta nuestra marcha.
En la cocina faltaban muchos utensilios básicos para una vivienda de tres dormitorios. Solo había una única copa para vino, faltaban vasos y tazas.
En el baño principal la cortina de ducha tenía manchas de moho.
Los utensilios de la barbacoa estaban sucios.
La comunicación con la agencia no fue nunca fluida y nunca recibimos respuesta a nuestra petición de más copas para vino ni respecto a la segunda ocasión en que el agua de la piscina de puso turbia.
Todos estos detalles desmerecen mucho la relación calidad/precio de la casa, lo cual es una lastima porque son detalles de fácil y muy económica solución en su mayoría

La piscina privada y el patio ajardinado son sin duda lo mejor de la casa, que es súper amplia y tiene una terraza con vistas al mar y a la montaña. No tiene parking pero se aparca perfectamente junto a la puerta. La zona es tranquila, con una pequeña playa y unas estupendas y grandes piscinas naturales a un cuarto de hora andando.
Puede ocurrir que alguien del grupo no quiera visitar la isla para quedarse en la piscina y en la casa viendo Netflix.

The location of the house is excellent if you’re looking for a peaceful holiday. It’s situated next to a walking path that leads you to the town of Bajamar (10 minutes away). The house itself is great — spacious enough for a family. The terrace/garden is wonderful for breakfasts and also for relaxing in the afternoon by the pool. The house has everything you need for a week’s stay (a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, large fridge, etc.).
Although it’s clear that a family used to live in the house, it’s also obvious that the property is managed by a company rather than a person. Apart from a basic set of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) and a basic set of towels, there were no other essentials that you would normally need for a week’s stay. It would be very nice of the host to provide, for example, dishcloths, detergent tablets for the washing machine (since there is one, and each guest only gets one large and one small towel, so it would be good to be able to wash them), some extra toilet paper, a bottle of water (in Tenerife the tap water is supposedly not drinkable — at least it’s not recommended for tourists), maybe some shampoo in the bathroom, etc. We also missed some wine glasses and similar items.
The WiFi in the upper rooms didn’t work, even though we found a router there, and the host was unresponsive to our questions about it.

El jardin es muy bonito y bien cuidado pero la piscina muy sucia, estuvimos allí 2 semanas y no consiguieron solucionarlo. No nos pudimos bañar casi ningún día
La cocina viejísima y sucia, no hay ni horno ni lavavajillas y el microondas no funcionaba. Los muebles del salón también muy sucios y viejos sobre todo los sofas aunque había manta para taparlo… Necesita una actualización
