I wasn't sure about this place when planning my trip to Siem Reap. Customers' feedback on Booking.com has a mixed score. As soon as I checked in, all my doubts vanished. The building is beautiful itself, starting from its main entrance and continuing into its main hall where the reception desk is. All the wooden carvings surronding is just amazing. As if it is a museum, and not a hotel. My room was upgraded since it was the low season. Thank you for that! Very comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels; all the amenities were there. I spent 6 nights at this property, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Helpful staff, nice attitude, and overall pleasant atmosphere. I felt like a guest there, not a client. P. S. The wooden carving work on the bed. It's a piece of art.
In my opinion, the hotel's score is a bit underrated on Booking.com. Also, I was a bit puzzled when making this booking, and I couldn't find the property's name on Google Maps. The thing is, it has two names: Okay Guesthouse (on Booking.com) and Okay 1 Villa (on Google Maps). It's a good idea to equalize them.

The staff were responsive, helpful, and friendly. It was very good value for the price.
There were some missing things: no hand soap, shampoo or shower gel. The staff did provide hand soap for me when I requested it, though.

Can't find fault and love it for a Guesthouse.
