Excelente servicio, atentos y amables.

Desayuno bufet completo y rico, linda piscina, cabañas tranquilas y cómodas.

Queda un poco lejos del centro y hay que caminar para poder tomar los tuk tuk.

A nice stay in Leticia

A nice property in Letici, a little further from town. We only stayed for a night so we didnt get a chance to use the pool but everything else was nice, especially the beds were very comfortable.

Basic Accom - out of town.

Our own room and bathroom. We stayed twice, once at beginning of Amazon and end. Second room much better with air con.

Pool was under construction - couldn’t use.

Not worth the price

the pool and the coffee

excessively priced. The hotel is in the outer skirts of LETICIA. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets and pillows did not smell clean. The breakfast was too simple, no effort put in. this experience was not even worth half of what we were charged.

If you came to check on this hotel, you can stop serching. You found the best hotel in Leticia!!! Its a beautiful place! By the way, what attracted me to this hotel in the first place was the fact that they left bowls with food and water for the street dogs. I thought to myself that such a hotel must be an outstanding hotel, and indeed I was right. A very High class hotel with prices of an economical one. Your buck goes a long way in terms of: location quality, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, staff and free internet. From the moment you enter you feel luxury, the staff is amazing!! And it is clear that the hotel has a very high standarts of service, the staff really goes out of their way to give you the best experience, and it is clear that the guest's satisfaction is the top priority of the staff. It starts from Galiana at the reception. Carlos - in the dining room Elisabel - the coffee queen... And most of all the manager, Ishmael - What a charming guy, humble, full of kindness, personal charm and willingness to help. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and felt like family. Besides the great attitude, the hotel is beautiful, the service consciousness is very high, the rooms were also large, spacious and clean, and well equipped. There are two wonderful pools. Excellent restaurants - where there is a variety of food and exquisite service. The hotel is in a superb location; 10 minutes drive from the airport, and close to the city center - to all restaurants, travel agencies, shops, and in front of a bank, where there is also an ATM machine. In short, an unforgettable experience. And to top it all off, since we missed a flight, and had to purchase new plane tickets for the next evening - they allowed us to check out in the evening at no extra cost. There are many pictures I took on this trip, but the one that is closest to my heart is the one where I took a picture with the manager, Ishmael. Highly recommend!!!

Very good

Really friendly staff, helpful and understanding. Nice swimming pool and good value for money. Room with good airco. Quiet outskirts of town. Breakfast decent simple.

Maybe bed lights could increase the comfort. No hot water in shower but who needs that in the jungle?

It was fine for a short stay but a bit far out of town for us with small children

breakfast was adequate. the pool was lovely and clean

Hot water would have been preferable as we'd been in the jungle and needed hot showers

Nice spot for friends and family.

The staff was very nice and the place was quiet and clean.

The breakfast could've been more varied, but it was well-prepared.

Very diappointing, hard to understand how it gets such good reviews.

It was quiet, breakfast was ok, staff were reasonably friendly.

This hotel must have seen better days. It seened run down and neglected. The pool was filthy and the room felt more like a hotel in a lower price class. Its a long walk to the town centre, you can of course get a tuk tuk but it feels isolated.

The design is super interesting. breakfast was one of the best we had.

super noisy from the road and a person watching television súper super loud from another room. we couldn’t notify since we were lock for the night in one side of the property.

Superb

Breakfast was great everyday! Friendly staff! Room was clean upon arrival, and staff took care of it everyday. Very satisfied with service.

Internet was not working while there. Hard to contact the people i was suppose to meet while in Leticia.

We saw every day monkeys coming to the hotel , they were pretty and also the staff was really nice and helpful

Pool. Visiting help with translation Carolyn super helpful.

No food or drinks available the night we were there. ( did get take away for us) v poor WiFi electricity cut. Big deal to try and print out boarding pass. No printer working or WiFi. Visitor v helpful with translation. Reception no English Cold shower no hot water.
