Very good

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are big and functional.

The wifi is really slow if it even works, but it’s understandable as it’s pretty much the same in the whole city. The pool was a bit dirty.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It may be the best in Leticia. I highly recommend it.

We liked everything about the Hotel Anaconda except for too much street noise outside our window. Perhaps they could insulate the window more. The staff, the aircondioning, the wifi, the food, we’re all wonderful

Good location in Central Leticia

Good central location in Leticia and able to easily walk to bars, restaurants and attractions. We had a twin room with Amazon view - but you couldn’t actually see the Amazon as the hotel is across a park from the river and the trees stopped any river view. Hotel had great air-conditioning. Room ok with comfortable beds and bathroom ok. Hotel staff had no English which may be an issue for some people.

Wi-fi only available in public ground floor areas so had to sit in reception. Front facing room had road noise as along a main road in Leticia.

Overpriced, needs an upgrade.

The room had good air-conditioning and the breakfast was great.

No elevator and the reception and corridors aren’t air conditioned so it was uncomfortable getting up and down the stairs. No wifi in the rooms at all, only works near reception. The showers were bad, we stayed in two different rooms, the first had no hot water, the second we couldn’t turn the hot water off and it was scalding. The shower doors didn’t close in either. The room didn’t match the pictures at all, except for the colour of the bedding. The power kept going out but that may be common in Leticia. For the price, it was really disappointing.

Way to expensive for what you get. This is a lot of money seriously. You can spend lots of nights in Columbia in a far better hotel for this price. What is hilarious is that you need to pay the pool extra and it is not even included. The staff was very arogant and unprofessional. You can not pay with a credit card they don't manage to run the machine if you have a 6 digits code, whereas every supermarket nextby can. I would'nt go back nor reccomend it to someone else.

The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. After a jungle trip it feels good to be there, but not if you compare it with other hotels in the same category.

The staff was not very friendly. Very inattentive and ignorant. We could not pay the room fee with our visa and had to pay cash, whilst every store nextby accepted it. If you wish to use the pool you have to pay extra. We where totally ok but i would'nt go back and would look for a diffrent hotel.

Nice pool ..room was comfortable..breakfast was good ..location central..above average for the location in the Amazon

Nice place in the center of Leticia. Spacious room and nice swimming pool area.

Respite from the sweltering heat of the Amazon.

The hotel was close to everything, the room was air conditioned, the food was good and the pool was fantastic for the kids. After getting off the plane into the Amazonian heat, these things kept us sane.

The lock on the door was pretty flimsy and didn't have any additional means of securing from the inside, nor did the room have a safe for valuables.

Great pool and very nice, helpful staff.

We had some problems with the hot water (did not work consistently even in the 24 hours we were there). Also, there is no wifi in the room -- only the lobby and even there, the connection was quite poor. I think this is more of a problem with Leticia than the hotel, but it was not as advertised.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED HOTEL IN LETICIA

It is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Leticia, well maintained, clean, and spacious. It has a beautiful pool and a delicious restaurant. Rooms are ample, clean, and well illuminated, offering magnificent views. The staff is friendly and helpful. A travel agency in the lobby offers trips to the surrounding jungle. It is the best option for work or pleasure travel, alone, in a couple or with family. The hotel is located a couple of quarters from the Amazon river port, where jungle trips start.

Internet is slow, as is in the whole town.

A fantastic hotel in a fantastic location for an Amazon adventure

The staff is so friendly and very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. The pool is lovely. The restaurant is great and it serves a fabulous breakfast that is included.

Wi-Fi and Cellular service signals are very poor. I could not use internet services for the entire time I was at the hotel - only sporadic signals.

Stay here for warm showers but not welcoming customer service.

Maids were very good at their job and helpful and Sweet. Warm water for showers was awesome after being in the jungle for three days. Ice container in room. Apparently ice is available at the restaurant for guests but no water. 🤔

They advertise there is wifi and there is none. And that's ok, so don't advertise you have it. Difficult to get a flight out of town with no wifi to book. Breakfast was simple and bland. Worst breakfast in Columbia that we had, watered down juice. Customer service at front desk was not welcoming or helpful. Can't drink the water as it comes from the river. No water is offered to guests. There should large water containers that guests can fill their water bottles, instead, when asked for water I was directed to a stand across the street to get a water bottle to add to the plastic probelm of the world in the Amazon!
