Wonderful stay at Hotel Ibis Roubaix, once again...

I've had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ibis Roubaix for two years on the row for a week, and it never disappoints. This place has become my go-to spot for a stay in the North of France, and there are plenty of reasons why. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel is exceptional. From the receptionists to the cleaners, they are incredibly kind, fun, friendly, and professional. Their warm welcome and genuine care make every visit a delight. It's the little things that matter, and the team here goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. The location and premises of the hotel are fantastic. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city of Roubaix and its surroundings. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Now, let's talk about the food. Personnel à l’écoute du client, la chambre propre et confortable, notamment la literie! La restauration au top.

L’odeur de remontée des égouts à l’accueil mais ce n’est qu’un détail car l’odeur disparaît une fois dans les chambres

Nice staff, very helpful.

In general it's not clean, anywhere. Of course the bed was clean amd the bathroom cleaned...but only just, everything else seemed to have a layer of something on it.

Practical no-nonsense accommodation

Practical central location (with carpark 8€ a night). Basic but everything one needs for a short stay. Nice breakfast. Bar/restaurant easy as a n evening backupplan.

Rooms are rather small with fixed furniture (so no adapting possible to suite you more). Travelling as friends, glad that we took the option for 2 adjacent rooms. Matress ok for short visit (not too comfy when staying Longer). Rooms had carpet, so bit of extra dust. Some streetnoise (busy crossroad with cars and trams)

very central clean. good bar on site with restaurant. very cheap and free secure parking!

my only complaint would be the air con wasn’t keeping up with the heat however i know they had issues that day so i’m sure it’s usually fine

The room didn't match the picture of the "superior room" and it's quite expensive for an Ibis Hotel in Roubaix.

Ok place for short stay

Stuff is friendly. Connection to centrum is good. It is close to the metro station/tram.

For baby crib they did not had sheets, no blankets or anything. So they gave us sheets for a big bed and huge blanket. They should have this organized if they are offering that service. Room was quite small but enough for short stay.
