check in was easy.
no one said the road was closed when i booked... why wasnt i told?? i would have still booked but it took me 20mins detour to get to you.

Room was clean and tidy and good value for money.
Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. Staff working during breakfast were brilliant.
Not too far from Birmingham Airport where we were flying from the day after our stay.
We were in room 1 right next door to the main entrance door which slammed shut every time another hotel guest came through. Disturbed our two young children a couple of times later in the night.

The corridor outside our room had a problem with waste pipe leaking and carpets were being treated 24 hours a day. The smell was awful. But it did not permeate our room which was important to us. The room was fine although toilet is very low. The property benefited from having a restaurant and bar on site. The breakfast was very good. We had fish and chips both nights but it was over cooked.
