Die Lage und das Haus waren super. 200 m zu Fuß zum schönsten Strand von Koh Samui
Wir hatten Anfangsprobleme mit der Kommunikation .
Ich habe keine Mails bekommen und somit auch keine Schlüssel oder Zahlencode .
Ein netter Gast der Michael kam zufällig nach Haus und hat mit dem Vermieter persönlich telefoniert, danach hat sich alles aufgeklärt und es ging problemlos. Wäre er nicht gekommen hätten wir vor dem Tor schlafen müssen.
Ein kleiner Mängel noch ( der müsste wirklich abgestellt werden ) in dem Haus gibt es 3 Bäder soweit alles ok, aber nicht eins hat eine Steckdose so mussten wir unseren Frauen die Haare Trockenblasen .

A beautiful 'old' colonial house set in lovely grounds. Easy access to Mae Nam shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Sikharin and his team at the villa were all incredibly helpful. The swimming pool was lovely,
More air conditioning in the kitchen area and while it is self catering it's not set up for Western style cooking.

Convenient location.
The place could use some attention in regard to cleanliness and general maintenance (especially the beds most of which are in a bad state). I should highlight the issue with cleanliness which was particularly obvious for us. On checking in we had to call and wait for the housekeeper who came after several hours to clean one of the spare bathrooms and balcony that had not been cleaned at all. Most areas were also very dusty: under beds, tables etc. See photo below of one of the rooms.
