The house was homely but grand, the artwork was lovely. Comfortable bed, large room with quirky bits to delight. The location was on the water which was pretty in different lights. The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient and the food was great as well. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The internet was not available initially but they did get it fixed. We ate dinner out because we wanted a light meal and the menu was a full on set formal dinner.

Conveniently located with good parking.
Very nice and helpful staff, easy check in. Good breakfast.
Small rooms (we had triple). Old and run down bathroom with shower in the tub and some old black markings around the bath tub. Felt very aged .
Stirling town itself is not most impressive in highland route.
