快適に安心して過ごせたのでまた泊まりたいです。

近くにコンビニ、カフェ、レストランも多く駅まで徒歩5分とロケーション最高。部屋もベッドも大きくて快適。そして、スタッフの方々がとても親切で困っていたところ、親身に話を聞いてくれて助けて頂きました。

다른방은 따뜻한데 그 방은 추운 방이였다면 그 방은 숙박을 시키면 안되었습니다. 겨울 한파에 보일러가 돌아갔다는데 17도였다는게 말이 되는 일일까요?

Comfortable hotel with kind staff

The staff at the reception were smiling, very welcoming and spoke English. The bed was great, the shower was good. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Perfect location to experience real korean life.

Very big room. Extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very good location if you want to experience old style of korean life. The market is close by.

Good

Great location, walking distance to the subway station. The room was very big compared the other rooms we'd stayed at in Seoul. The bathroom was also very big and pretty clean. I liked that they provided robes and slippers as well

We booked this room specifically for the jacuzzi and then found out that the jets don't work. The staff informed us that none of the jacuzzis in the hotel work, so FYI. There's also no laundry or other amenities in the building.

Excellent. Great hotel, good location, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay. Both rooms I stayed in great. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was very grateful the staff let me leave luggage on thw day I checked out all day. Good location, very near Jamsil Seneae subway Station. Very happy with stay. Would stay there again. Good location for restaurants, cafes and bars too.

Nothing, everything was good. A price on booking.con for breakfast might be nice :)

Great stay

We had a really pleasant stay, the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had good facilities. The area around the hotel was quite nice with good bars and restaurants.

We underestimated how big Seoul is. The hotel was quite far away from the centre 40 min taxi or subway ride

There were lot of hair in the bed… and bed was uncomfortable as well … this hotel is not clean.. I don’t recommend this place

amazing location

i received a free upgrade due to the other room being sold out. The location was amazing lots of eateries and fun stuff to do

A very fun stay!

I love the location, as it is suitably close to the Jamsil Sports Complex, but situated off of the main street. Therefore, it is generally very quiet. The room was luxurious, and well-presented.

Unfortunately, the spray nozzles of our spa bath were not operational. Although this is not a deal-breaker, I would have loved to soak in the giant bath tub a little longer.

Very good

The room was lovely and spacious. The TV was a good size that you can watch from the bed. The location was amazing as it is close to line 2, which is very accessible to other parts of Seoul.

We opted for the room with the hot tub, only to be told on the day that the hot tub would not be able to produce the bubbles because of covid.

I am really greatly satisfied with my stay in Pharos Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were really accommodating. It was hard for me since I cannot speak Korean language, but they helped me in every way they can. The cleanliness of the room is also well-kept.

For the price, I would say there’s a lot of good value!

Very affordable, kind staff, and so spacious!! My favorite part was the bathroom. Despite the jacuzzi not working, the tub was fantastic for two, and the entire hotel room was just very roomy.

The facilities and decor was pretty dated. I could see stains on the ceiling, walls, and a little bit of mold in the certain cracks of the bathroom.
