I loved the location and the decor
We did not have a bath tub as shown in the photo but a lovely shower. Since we pur a toddler with us, tub would've been a better option but it was ok.

The location is great, close to two major subway routes. The staff was great and helpful.
The mattress was quite hard, there can be some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, but it is expected in a 2-star hotel. Arrive early for breakfast - limited choices and limited quantity.

The location was where I wanted to be and getting Ubers was not an issue. I like the fact that they had working AC. I did like that one of the staff was very helpful to me. And that is why I stayed longer than I really wanted to. I did like how they give you free water and this tea drink that was pretty tasty. The maid service seemed friendly so I liked that. I liked how the water pressure in the shower was good.
Despite all of the very good ratings from guests, I found that the hotel seemed dirty. Maybe because it was old. But all the walls were scuffed. My first room was very very dark. some of the staff were not very helpful. The front desk did not tell me how to turn on the AC or how to have made service. The carpets in the elevators were filthy. Although they are probably cleaned periodically. There is a lot of metal and glass and that is hard to keep clean and so there are smudges everywhere as well as dust. The cups that they provide to you for the bathroom and for drinking were filthy. The hot water pot was filthy. The bed was very hard as well as the pillows. I didn’t like how the room was very dim in the evening and some of the lights were not working. I have very bad eyes and I need a lot of light to see and read. Also everything including the remote control was in Korean so it was hard to navigate. Cleanliness is very important as well as good lighting so I cut my stay short. The hotel lobby is very small and the front door to the hotel is hard to find. I didn’t like how the shower has. No shower door and water gets all over everything. I didn’t like how the indoor slippers and shower shoes they provide are used by other guests. You can get foot fungus from that.
