It was so beautiful, they made an upgrade for us and it was a lovely surprise, special thanks to Mrs Summa, Martina and Alberto they were so supportive and nice and they did everything so that we can have a great time in Noto. We appreciate all the efforts provided by them and we will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.
Also the breakfast in bed was soo good and the staff were so nice and they did everything hotel is very much secure.

Un'esperienza magnifica sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura è incantevole e lo staff, cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile, ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Noto ancora più piacevole: non avremmo potuto trovare una soluzione migliore. Quando si è presentato un imprevisto, il personale lo ha risolto in meno di dieci minuti, con una prontezza che dice molto della cura riservata agli ospiti. Torneremo senz'altro e lo consiglieremo con convinzione ai nostri amici.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Being served breakfast in a room was fantastic
The taste level is a little lacking for that price category. The furniture looks old and cheap. The place could use an interior designer to redo the rooms completely.
