The staff were really helpful and attentative. The landscaping and beautiful birds of paradise surrounding the property. Easy access to the beach and plenty of places to sit and relax in privacy.
There was free wifi but it was non-existent in our room. We had to step outside of our room to get internet.

Location was too far from the airport; complimentary breakfast would have compensated this as a package deal for the room rate

Telephone at each villa for ease of service and communication

A very special place for me and my husband. As we have stayed here before back when we were boyfriend and girlfriend in 2022.
We decided to come back and bring my family for them to see how good the place is. Unfortunately, July is also a typhoon 🌀 month in the country so we missed the experience the beauty of the beach. However, we knew that the beach would be really amazing if it was sunny as we have seen it before.
Nothing , the property is well maintained and very clean. But when you walk along the shoreline there are other neighbouring properties that you can see with a lot of garbages in which the City Council or Municipality or whoever is responsible for that, should take action. The beauty of Anda is yet to be discovered by tourists, it should be protected as much as J&R really take good care of theirs.

Loved how quiet and peaceful it was. Bohol is beautiful. No music which was fantastic just listening to sea and birds. The staff were so helpful and the gardens beautifully maintained. Views beautiful and pool lovely. Nice walk/ run along the beach to Anda village which was very unspoilt and pretty.
It takes 3 hours to get there from the port at a cost of £100 there and back so long and expensive. The owners weren't particularly friendly in fact we thought the German owner was actually a guest until I messaged to confirm our leaving time and he replied he was sitting a few metres away from me. The food was very mixed and it was a bit awkward when we arrived as we deliberately hadnt stopped on the way to get any food as we had asked if there would be food available when we arrived and they said yes (didnt have any lunch either as travelling). But when we arrived 8pm the lady owner said we might be able to get a sandwich. In the end they were very kind and did get us some dinner which was much appreciated. It was a shame that kayaks etc were all additional charges (and expensive)- we didn't experience this at other places in the Philippines. You also can't swim on thr beach (shallow and muddy) and if the tide is in can't get to any other restaurants on foot.
