Ease of access and staff attentiveness, especially concerning after hours arrival.
Communication was fantastic, and I was made to feel like a valued guest. Great customer service!
The parking options were limited - Maybe due to high occupancy or many night visitors?
I had to park in a staff parking spot. Not a deal breaker by any means and I realise its impossible to control where others park.

Clean, easy to park. Room nice, screens in room 20 may need wiping bit dusty. I’m a cleaner myself for 6 years little added adhd unlucky for me 😅 other then that I really enjoyed my stay and love how the staff are onto the web set with emails. As I booked a 2nd night and nice ladie had it all sorted for me before 10 pm Sunday morning

Lack of information re Breakfast. Meal ok but mechanics of orderoing not explained
TV Remote not up to standard. This should have been replaced a long time ago

Face keeping would come in my room to open the blind and windows and not make the bed or change my towels
No hot water one day
