We felt at home in the middle of Hundertwasser paintings and objects.
House parking garage convenient.
Don’t expect a huge room size in standard rooms.

Loved the whole building. Beautiful! Balcony was great overlooking the central fountain. Bathroom and corridors were very stylish. Good breakfast. Staff very pleasant. Good bicycle parking.

The Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old town of Magdeburg
The Hotel is very unique in its design and had a very pleasant atmosphere
Although some staff were very helpful others were without concern for our comfort
Booked a double room but was put into a triple room without being asked or informed
After moving to a room with air conditioning (a double room) the air conditioner did not work. Informed the staff the first night, they said they would look into it. They were unable to repair the air conditioner the first night, they said they would repair the next day. I reminded the front desk in the morning the the AC needed repair. They assured me it would be done. Returned in the evening, it still did not work. Asked about it at the front desk, they first said the air conditioner was not repairable. NO apology, When I asked why they did not then change our room when the realized the AC did not work they asked me why I did not inform them of the problem in the morning. I explained we did indeed remind them in the morning....to which his reply was "well I did not know that". Still no apology or attempt to make it right. Worst customer service I had over 10 different hotels while in Germany.
