The room was spacious. The location is unbeatable; right in the centre of town.
The tv remote only gave me access to one channel, although I followed the instructions on setting it up.

The hotel is great, the room was HUGE and comfortable. I've never seen before such a good set of room facilities like tower racks, hair drier so everything is properly located and I could very comfortly use it. The blinds actually make it dark. The bed is large and comfortable.
It is an old GDR-time premium hotel that was renovated in 2000th, but it looks like they keep the original level and room sizes.
Definitely come here again!

Great location, we enjoyed the rooms and spent some time in the swimming pool and sauna
There were no options of triple rooms - which for a family of 3 of us meant that we had to get two rooms instead of one with a bed for our 8 year old. Feels a bit of a waste, and was the first time we had separate rooms.

Breakfast and pool, location was good.
We were surprised that the reception did not communicate well in English and despite the promise that there would be sheets and bathrobes in the sauna, second TERRIBLE surprise was bar lady which closed bar at 22:30 saying there are no guests, two seated and we got there. On reception nobody to solve it, just security guy.. Even in lift it is said till 1:00. In the morning our comply was taken like "hmm ok we will tell someone". Third surprise BED BUGS, we were bitten by, even room looked cleaned.
