The hotel is a beautiful historic building, and the rooms have high ceilings, period style furniture, and the bathroom was huge. It’s a lovely place to stay, and close to everything. The staff were unfailingly helpful and obliging. The aircon in our apartment wasn’t working, so they reduced the tariff and gave us heaters, which worked well, as the building was well insulated.
My hairdryer blew up when I turned it on, there was no hairdryer in the apartment, and reception was closed. Everything else was great.

The room was clean, tidy, quiet and well styled. The bathroom products were of high quality and plentiful. The location was a central and close to restaurants, shops and supermarket etc.
Not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The lack of being able to open a window for fresh air in the room
