Location, spacious and clean rooms, tap with thermal water, tasty breakfasts and suppers, spa, swimming pools, nice service.
Everything was good.

Staff were nice and helpful. They upgraded our room as soon as we complained that the rooms were was too warm as they had already switched their central system to heating rather than cooling.
Hotel was very old and tired. Water pressure in the upper shower was very weak. Room condition was less than 4 starts. Vanity Mirror area had no plugs and no lights.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Black Bird Thermal Hotel for their exceptional hospitality and excellent service.
We initially booked an economy room, but unfortunately, it was very noisy. The reception staff kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a quiet and comfortable standard double room at no extra charge. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture!
All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, smiling, and always willing to help. The food was delicious and varied, and both the indoor and outdoor thermal pools were clean and pleasantly warm.
Special thanks to Diana, the massage therapist, for her outstanding professionalism, precision, and excellent massage!
The hotel was very clean, with daily housekeeping and excellent hygiene throughout.
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
With warm regards and sincere appreciation,

we couldn’t use the roof swimming pool, as they said it’s closed.
