Vela Verde Hotel & SPA Yalova

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of four, and honestly, I was shocked when I read some negative reviews before leaving—they had nothing to do with reality! Having stayed at many hotels, I couldn't find a single flaw here.👑🥰 Here is why this place deserves a 10/10: 🩵Breakfast & Service (10/10): Simply perfect! The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and diverse, with new options every single day. A massive shoutout to Sezgin—he is an absolute gem and a true angel! He was helping at the breakfast kitchen with a constant, radiant smile, and then running around serving between the restaurant and the pool area. You could just wonder how he never got tired! He gave 1,000,000% effort, and even made sure to bring the special soup that my dad loved. Outstanding hospitality! 🩵Rooms & Cleanliness: Impeccably clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they are more than enough since you’re there to rest and sleep. We had a stunning pool and mountain view (a bit of road noise, but it didn't bother us at all). My parents’ room was dead silent, overlooking the forest and mountains. Our room also has two mirrors (very convenient!), and the AC worked perfectly. 🩵Pool & Amenities: The pool is clean and very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. We also played table tennis! When we had a minor issue with a suitcase, the maintenance master helped us immediately. 🩵Staff & Reception (Arshia & Sevcan): From the very first moment we arrived late at night, we felt so welcome. Arshia met us at the front desk that first night and was so kind, answering all our questions and immediately providing extra bed sheets when we asked because it was too warm under the duvets. Later during our stay, Sevcan at the reception was also incredibly sweet, smiling, and always ready to help with any questions or directions we had. Everyone from the cleaning team to the chefs made us feel at home!

That this paradise ended too soon and we can't live there forever😂😍! We need to pack our bags and go back🇹🇷📍👑🌊

restaurant menu is only in turkish tap in the bathroom was not totally fixed among the cleanliness it woul be good to refresh the room and bathroom, not necessary to change equipments Wifi is good but unstable

My family and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. I feel I have been overcharged for this stay by Booking.com. I did report about this overcharge but did not receive any response. The location of the restaurant and the layout of the tables was superb. However, variety of food laid out for breakfast was limited and out of our expectation.
