Gorgeous, well kept property. My host was so lovely and directed me to the most wonderful Salumeria. My dinner was delicious!
It was a bit far off of the Via Francigena, which made for a longer day of walking. However, I slept like a baby!!

Ac worked. Provided breakfast at 530am (bagged). Cold beer and water available. Kids very helpful. Save 2mi on the via Francigina.
Location. No food nearby on a Monday night. Toilet not attached to the floor.
