The location , the reception team ( specifically Rachid) , cleaners and the restaurant team were excellent and helpful.
Apartment was clean but needs a major renovation specially doors ( bathroom door noise was very annoying) or wash-basin mixer need to be replaced! I would say it is a 3 star basic hotel, good location, comfy and clean. Definitely not a 4 star aparthotel.
Old noisy doors of the bathroom & bedroom. Poor bathroom maintenance.

the staff was super supportive and friendly
the cleaning only included the bedroom and bathroom but the whole apartment was not clean completely even though we left everything organize and wash the dishes

I liked my space. I had a one bedroom suite with balcony and kitchenette. Bathroom was large and well designed.
While i could see that the facilities were designed the maintenance is lacking. The cleanliness is also ok but could be better and mostly relates to delayed maintenance.

It served a purpose as it wasn’t far from a wedding we were attending, parking facilities good, much smaller than it looked online, I’d say functional for 3 people, if we’d been 5 with one bathroom and tiny living area it would have been cramped. Staff friendly
