High quality room, linen, towels and beds.
I had booked a room with the options double bed or twin bed. I asked for a twin bed and that was confirmed by the hotel through booking.com. Upon arrival, I got a room with a double bed and asked for the booked twin bed room. Then I was charged 40 NZ$ on top of what I already paid to get the twin bed. They argued it was the fault of booking.com, but I do not agree. Also, I did not like that. .
