The warm welcome when we arrived Maxine was very warming kept in contact all the way until we arrived changed out room to a ground as it was more suitable she was just amazing nothing at all was too much trouble felt like you had known her all your life food room having a little fridge a nice touch all the staff very nice everything home from home can't wait to stay again

The accommodation was spotless, the staff were friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty on offer.

The hotel was clean and very near the sea, with free on-street parking in the evening. The staff member making breakfast was lovely.
The corridors smelled like a care home, the shower was noisy and despite it being September, our room was so hot we slept badly.

Having stayed at this hotel a few times b4 .
Location exellent
Had to pay for parking as theres only 5 parking spaces. But £5 for 24hrs parking close by . So not a problem . Breakfast self service was great 10/10
Comfy bed good shower and free bottles of watet and a fridge was a bonus . Staff were brilliant
There was nothing i could complain about. Will be returning shortly
