The pool area is very nice, as is the landscaping and the other sports facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
The beach was slightly disappointing but given the resort can’t control the seaweed they can’t be faulted.

This is my new place to stay while in Belize! We came to celebrate my sister's bday and from arrival to departure, everything was on point! Thank you!

The kitchenette was convenient for cooking breakfast and reheating leftovers.
The property was farther from the heart of San Pedro than we realized, but was closer to Secret Beach, which was a plus.

The property staff was friendly and very willing to try to resolve issues. We enjoyed the golf cart rentals. While the pool area was nice and well maintained we spent most of our time at the sister property coco beach poolbar because it had more of an adult vibe. I do want to say the management staff was very helpful in the booking of transfers. We also used the tuff e nuff excursions available at the pier. They were great.
The expectation is that guest don’t flush toilet paper. This was a very big problem for us.Also, moisture in the room left a moldy smell but the staff did deodorize for us when we asked.
