The location for the event being attended. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
No onsite EV charging. Needs more lobby area seating. Bathroom would benefit from a shaving mirror and better lighting and another towel rail. Shower needs a shelf for personal toiletries. Disappointing GF options.

Hotel location was good for what we were due to do and walking distance to eccleshall road and its restaurants cafes and bars
The breakfast gluten free cereals had changed from schar in 2023 to freee in 2026, freee cereal being like cardboard with milk making no difference. A contrast to the lovely toasted GF bacon sandwich.

The room was a little small. There is not much space for luggage.

Lovely hotel & good location near to University accommodation which was perfect for us.
Advised on arrival no need to book to eat dinner in the bar. Went for dinner to be told we couldn’t have food as we hadn’t booked. Made to feel very uncomfortable by this when explained. After a query to the kitchens we were able to order food which was lovely. Heard 2 other groups have similar discussions. It was a shame as otherwise a lovely stay.
