There was a warm welcome, lots of nice small details like homemade biscuits and fresh milk in the room .

Staff was extremely helpful and very kind.

Cosy feel with friendly and receptive staff.
Cute touches like complimentary treats daily like banana bread bites.
Unfortunately the first morning we did not have any hot water.
We communicated this to the staff later who checked the boiler but we didnt have this problem again.

Friendly staff
I would return but not in summer if the aircon isn't fixed.
Aircon didn't work - came on but didn't cool, even with correct cooling settings.
Quite a small room and which was too hot.
Wifi didnt work - connected but no internet
