Location, room was clean
The front desk staff appeared overwhelmed, attempting to serve multiple customers at once rather than focusing on individual service. When issues were raised, the staff became argumentative instead of helpful. Overall, the reception experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming.

I made the reservation for day use and informed the reception team that this is only for day use give us good room however the room was assigned to us was pathetic in condition and they have shown us 2 room but that was also the same… and mentioned that they have only this room available.. instead of that they can offer a upgrade with charges i was happy to pay… but nothing was done
