The room was cosy and good. Few staff was polite. Food was tasty.
After selecting my room, and even after completing the payment, the staff member who assisted me refused to hand over the key. This was both shocking and panicking for me as a guest. What made the situation worse was that Ms. Khusboo’s behavior was neither apologetic nor welcoming; instead, I felt judged simply because of my simple attire.
As a resolution, she eventually offered me a Grand Room on the first floor, but I only received the key after nearly an hour’s delay. This experience was disappointing and stressful, especially at the very first interaction with the hotel.

"Lots of space to walk and facilities I could not explore this time. May be next time I come for 2-3 days and use the other facilities. The price of food was also reasonable being a five star property."
