Everything I needed was provided. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were especially professional, welcoming, and respectful. I truly enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again when I return.

The staff was very helpful and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Poor service and conduct at the restaurant to the extent that we gave up on our free breakfast after about a week in our about 6 weeks stay.
At times the room had bad smell after room cleaning, maybe due to dirty water / mop usage.
Had chimney leakage that could not be fixed and many other such small service issues.
