Everything was digital, and you can request things via chat and they were very fast and accommodating. We had some issues with the safe in the room and they were very fast to help out. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. Amenities were great and we could get more water, slippers, snacks for free. We arrived early and was able to do early checkin for an extra fee. There was no fridge in our room but there’s a shared fridge on the floor.
Nothing in particular, although drivers often got confused about the location as there are two bloom hotels very close to each other, so make sure you select the right building!

This hotel is perfectly fine for a no frills, no hassle stay in Gurugram. The digital system for requests works great and staff are helpful.
On my first and second night there, the night guard hassled me (begged in a very insisting way) for money, even coming to my room after the conversation for another try. Him being the only staff around, didn't make the nights feel that easy and relaxed. Also, very loud music is being played in the corridors from about 11am until 5pm - not great if you're there for a rest or working in your room. Asked on two different occasions whether it could be turned down, which happened only reluctantly.

Everything.... The staff is superb.... Mr Kunal, Mr Aniket... were awesome! Food was really good at Sticky Rice....! Ambience is mind-blowing! Value for money!!
Everything is good...but u may add some more varieties to the breakfast!

La struttura è pulita, albergo dall'apparenza internazionale
Procedura di check in allucinante, ripetitiva e non funzionante. Ci è voluto più di un'ora per fare il check in a 7 persone.
Siamo arrivati all'una di notte con un amico indiano che parlava la lingua, quando lui si è lamentato volendo scrivere una recensione la persona alla reception l'ha aggredito verbalmente nascondendo il QR code presente in reception per scrivere una recensione.
