Room was good. Breakfast the last time was really good.

Breakfast this time was not as good as last time. There were limited options and 30 mins before closing the staff said they cannot make any eggs to order because they will b e closing soon. I think it's because my son stayed alone. When I was with him, we got a different treatment. A refund from my previous trip has not yet been credited. I have spoken with Booking.com customer service as well as with the reception staff over the phone and personally. Very distressing. Please expedite. Its been over 2 months already.
