A great short stay option, would stay again.

Big comfy rooms, good shower, perfect for an overnight stop. Staff were really helpful and very polite.

All good, not perfectly situated as it's a taxi ride into uxbridge for the tube but we knew that when we booked it

This seems to be a hall of residence badly converted into a hotel - avoid!

A cheap price for the location but poor

Uncomfortable tiny bed, with tired very flat pillows, paint peeling off walls, lamp on one side only and a restaurant where they ran out of desserts !

Perfect for Uni short visits

Great location, on campus. Perfect for visits to Brunel University. Free parking too!

Good place to stay for Brunel, too pricy though

Best part of the hotel is the location if your trip has anything to do with Brunel University.

good stay ideally located for the airport

location, quiet, safe and secure.

reserved table for dinner, which was given away…..so it seemed pointless to have gone to the trouble of selecting a table and making the reservation

Good location and feel very safe to stay but the room is a bit small.

The hotel is strategically located within Brunel University. It feels very safe even at night. Close to bus stops, very quite and the staff were really helpful.

The room is a bit small and the wifi is not that stable. There was time that you cannot get connected. The water dispenser looks a bit scary and the water taste awful.

the very bad poor quality mattress, the springs were almost through the bed! the light that kept going off in the bathroom.

Good for Brunel

The location. Very convenient for working at Brunel and an easy walk to Uxbridge for more choice of restaurants.

It's just like student accommodation... Very small room. The chair was trapped between the bed and the built in desk. Breakfast costs extra.

Didn't realise it was in the uni which made it difficult to find. Spa was by booking but 8 was to many.

Reasonable price for London

It was very reasonably priced.

The room was compact because it is a student accommodation room and it would be great as a single but putting in a double bed means the desk and chair impede access. Maybe some thought needs to go into redesigning the rooms to be multifunctional.

Very happy with this hotel.

Parking was very handy. Room was high quality and the bathroom was great. Very clean and I will defiantly be staying again.

Friendly, No frills stay

On site for the early morning lectures

The bar had a limited draught selection, most pumps were off.

Perfectly adequate for our requirements and at a reasonable price.

Clean spacious room with two comfortable double beds. Fairly large bathroom that was fully functional if perhaps little tired. Very helpful staff. We didn't make use of the dining facilities or the spa due to time limitations.

The hotel is a little tricky to find on the University campus. Using the postcode our satnav took us to the wrong and disused site entrance, and we had to use a mobile phone to find the correct entrance from the Uni website.

Great staff and easy transport links

Greta location in terms of transport links to central London or Uxbridge. Buses and tube near by. staff were very helpful from start to finish.

although the room was clean I’m not sure there beds had been cleaned in a while

hostile reception staff, nice room but the experience was overshadowed by the dispute about using the spa.

Double Delux room was spacious for our family of 4. clean bathroom with massive shower. i liked the bar which was cosy and bar staff were friendly and went above & beyond.

we arrived at 3ish and were told the spa was fully booked. i bit my tongue and booked myself in for the following day. hot tub was hot, steam room & sauna were both cooking on gas but it looked dated and could do with TLC. when we finished our 90 slot I asked reception if there was another slot free, I had a hostile response stating…‘it’s hotel policy that you can only use the spa once a day as they cater to external guest. i explained that I specifically booked the hotel because of the spa facilities and was never told by them nor booking.com that i couldn’t use it more than once. they argued that the information was provided. i dispute that. i then pointed out that my 2nd room also had a guest yet to arrive and I wished to book them a slot…. they booked in my aunt for 90 minutes to use the facilities by herself but I was not permitted to join her. how absurd when the spa could cater for at least 10/12 people at a time.
