Plenty of parking spaces. Very nice location. Clean overall.
If you travel for business and stay at this place, you don't have a desk in the room. If you need to do some work or put your laptop somewhere, it might be a bit difficult to work there. There is plenty of space to put a desk and a chair in the rooms.

Used because a party attending on site ..location was ideal. But parking was a problem
Shower was electric .. but.. hand basin had no hot water .. had to boil a kettle to wash hands an face .
Plumbing noise / water running from adjoining accommodation .. may have been a ‘ toilet plumbing route under accommodation ‘
