Very nice hotel, clean and cosy. Staff is friendly and kind.

Ubytovanie sa nachádzalo neďaleko letiska (Terminál 1). Doprava z letiska bola zabezpečená transferom (rozpis autobusu zaslali z recepcie). Izba sa nachádzala na vyššom poschodí kam sa dalo dostať výťahom. Izba bola priestranná, moderne vybavená. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. K dispozícii boli uteráky a osušky, sprchové potreby, skriňa, kanvica, čaj, káva, fén a wifi pripojenie. V cene ubytovania boli aj kontinentálne raňajky. V hoteli bol pre hostí k dispozícii aj bazén a fitness centrum. Na prízemí bola otvorená non stop kaviareň a taktiež tam bola reštaurácia. V prípade potreby bolo možné uschovať batožinu v ich priestoroch.

First of all it’s a bit deceiving to call it an “airport” hotel, because the 1 and 2 terminal it’s connected to, aren’t working anymore. Most planes land in the new terminal A which is about 20 minutes away from the hotel by car/shuttle bus. The hotel provides one, but it operates only once an hour. Overall the hotel is average, especially for the price I payed. The breakfast wasn’t very nice, and there was no coffee machine, which was a first for me. The room wasn’t as clean as I would like, I found hair on my towel. Also no adapter for european chargers. The staff was very nice.

Hotel utile solo per una notte e se si vuole stare vicino all'aeroporto, pessimo per il prezzo qualità offerta.
Tutte le camere hanno la moquette. Almeno nella mia, il divano accessorio nella camera era sporco di sostanze strane biancastre e non ci ho poggiato neanche la valigia per lo schifo. Sul sito dicono navetta aeroportuale gratis, poi chiedi l'orario, ti presenti e il conducente del bus ti dice che ha finito il turno e devi aspettare il prossimo, dopo 1 ora. Chiedi alla reception e ti dicono che non possono fare niente. Ovviamente rischiavo di arrivare in ritardo e alla fine ho preso il taxi, che lì davanti fanno cartello, come sentono Aereoporto visto che è vicino ti rimpallano l'uno all'altro, poi ti dicono che non gli funziona il sistema e che più o meno ci vogliono 45/50AED poi contrattato a 30 ma solo perché ho pagato cash. Poi il tassametro all'arrivo diceva 15. Piscina coperta dai teli sul tetto se vuoi prendere solo il sole devi andare sotto in uno spazio piccolissimo con soli 4 lettini al sole e dove c'è la zona fumatori. Televisore in camera limitato di volume che in certi programmi va bene, ma volevo vedere un film e non si sentiva l'audio dal letto. Bagno scomodo con tendina su un vasca che non ha neanche un doccino mobile per evitare di bagnarsi i capelli. E ovviamente senza bidet ( quello si trova solo in certi Hotel) In sintesi, prezzo altissimo in confronto ai servizi e qualità offerta con altre strutture li vicino che costano meno e che se alla fine uno deve prendere il taxi per andare in aeroporto conviene stare da un'altra parte.

Product quality, transfer to the airport
My suggestion is to provide more capable shuttle bus to the airport, bigger one, due to some guests didn’t come to the shuttle because it was full. OR increase frequency, each 30 mins, instead of each hour.

I am writing to complain about this hotel.
The hotel is advertised to be in the airport, but this is not really true.
You need to drive to the airport from here, or take a terrible shuttle to the airport. It felt like being in a 3rd world country, many people amassed in a small space, the luggage door was falling off.
Booking.com sent me a link with for the shuttle schedule, but the link leads to a page that does not exist. Thankfully we went more than one hour ahead of what we thought the schedule was, there were more passengers than seats, a few people had to be on improvised seats.
You cannot park here for more than a few hours, and long term affordable parking does not exist: 125 AED for 24 hours makes up the cost of the hotel in a 3-4 days of parking. We had to bring our car back to Abu Dhabi and take a taxi back here, completely defeating the point.
The water in the room does not get warm enough, we had to take cold showers.
There was no help with luggage, we had to carry our luggage by hand to the room, inside a very small lift.
The toilet flush system leaks, we had the toilet tank make noise the whole night as the tank kept refilling.
There is a plug to charge your phone only on one side of the bed.
It is advertised that they have dining facilities in the hotel, but we were very disappointed to find basically no selection at the Costa Coffee shop inside the hotel and went to bed without dinner.
For the same price of this hotel, we could have continued staying at the Anantara East Mangroves and just take a taxi here early in the morning. This hotel is grossly mispriced and mis-advertised.
I wrote to management to complain about this and the answer I got was a weak sorry and an offer to give me a 20% discount on my next stay. My next stay? There is no way I will stay there next time. Beware!

We had an 11 hour connection and needed to sleep close to the field, we found this hotel to be a reasonable choice although we would have liked it to cost less. All in all it was perfectly fine, the rooms are clean and witout noice, we weren't there too much, we just slept for 6 hours without eating because there was no time.
It was not clear at what times there are shuttles from the field, at the end I understood that the shuttle leaves from the hotel every round hour and from the field every ten to the hour for example at 10:50, 11:50 etc.

Die Lage der Unterkunft hat sich seit Mitte Dezember 23 komplett verändert, das Hotel liegt 13 km weg vom neuen Flughafen entfernt, man braucht einen Shuttlebus oder teures Taxi, um dorthin und wieder zurückzukommen. Zum neuen Flughafen. Wir wollten dort nur übernachten und weiter fliegen. Das hat sich ziemlich kompliziert gestaltet. Es hätte absolut kommuniziert werden müssen, wir hätten das Hotel nicht gebucht.

Access: overcrowded shuttle service. Dangerous and probably unlawful seating in the shuttle. Driver didn't know any English to manage too many passengers waiting for the small shuttle van
Facilities: very basic- no hot water, no tissue box (even when requested). Requested and was promised a baby cot but there was nothing in the room. Not value for money at all.

Отличное расположение, прекрасный сервис, просторный номер, довольно большая ванная комната, есть чайник +чай/кофе, кондиционер. Несмотря на то, что рядом аэропорт, самолётов не слышно, на окнах шторы блэк-аут, чтобы выспаться в любое время суток. Всё для удобства гостей начиная от трансфера из/в аэропорт 24 ч в сутки, быстрой регистрацией и выездом, заканчивая развлечениями (бассейн, различные поездки). Хороший завтрак, приветливый и предупредительный персонал.
На мой взгляд, дороговато. Не все могут/хотят или успевают воспользоваться всеми услугами отеля, а по сути они включены в стоимость. Ну и душ в стене - на любителя.

Hotel hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Bis auf eine: ich wollte deswegen dort übernachten, weil ich gelesen habe, dass man vom Flughafen zu Fuss gehen kann. Das war der Grund, warum ich dort schlafen wollte: mein Flugzeug ist in der Nacht gelandet. Abu Dhabi Airport hat aber unlängst einen Terminal A (riesiger Bau) geöffnet und zu Fuß kann man dort nicht mehr hinkommen. Es gibt einen Gratis Transfer zum Hotel, mit recht kleinem Bus (ein Mal in der Stunde, bis 23.00, gleich beim Ausgang vom Terminal, etwas rechts, in der Bus Waiting Aera nach der Tafel mit "Premier Inn" Ausschau halten). In der Nacht war der Bus kein Problem, aber bei der Abreise in der Früh konnten nicht alle Gäste im Bus Platz finden.
Im Hotel arbeiten sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Als ich mit der Schlüsselkarte nicht zurecht kam (in den Schlitz einführen und langsam hinausziehen, bis die Lichtdiode aufleuchtet) hat man mir einen Mitarbeiter geschickt, der mir alles gezeigt hat. Aber die Hilfsbereitschaft ist überall sehr groß in der Stadt. Ungewöhnlich groß für einen Europäer.
Ich war im Januar dort. Etwas problematisch war die Klimaanlage. Ohne Klima war recht schnell zu warm, mit Klima, trotz mehrer Einstellungs-Versuche, war es nicht möglich die Temperatur so einzustellen, dass es angenehm wird. Die ganze Nacht spürt man das Gebläse. Nebenbei: zum zweiten Mal fand ich die Toilette ohne Klobürste, das erste Mal war das im Airport Hotel in Warschau, wo man mir damals gesagt hat, das ist nicht hygienisch, beim Bedarf ruft man halt die Rezeption und man schickt die Reinigungskraft. Naja.

Breakfast buffet was so wonderful. So many dishes and fresh fruits and vegetables were available. My 2 year daughter was also very happy.
I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for free shuttle bus for the hotel from the airport. There was no seat available in the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport so I took taxi and cost me about 35 AED. There should be a bus timetable display at the bus stop at the airport.

Comfortable enough with free shuttle service to and from airport as well as main sights.
An extra 150 AED for early check in. Our flight landed at 6am and we got to hotel by 7am. The email stated that early check in is possible subject to availability but nowhere did it state that an extra fee would be charged for this. I feel being an airport hotel - check in times should be flexible at no extra cost as flights come in and go at different times and this is what an airport hotel should cater for. There should be no fixed check in time. We were not there for a night - had to check out at 12am to return to airport for our flight.
Another thing is that although an airport hotel, it took about 10-15 min by bus to get to hotel so it is not connected to the airport.

Very clean, near the airport. Very nice staff. Youssef really helped us with everything.
Also, I lost something in the room, and when I was back after a few days, the cleaning room staff returned me the object.

It was functional and clean.
Not close to the terminal at all because a new Terminal (A) had opened in Nov ‘23 some way from the existing airport. We thought we’d walk out of the terminal and fall into the hotel. Not so. We were told we had to get a taxi. Then someone said there was a free shuttle bus but no signs or guidance to the mysterious shuttle bus and a taxi was $25 for a 10 min. At 2.20 am one finally showed but it was, like someone else has said, unsafe, my seatbelt didn’t work. We only got our head down for 4 hours. Made it very poor value for money and a major inconvenience. We may have well stayed in the terminal. To the hotel - please make sure that there are links to a shuttle schedule on here so that people know what is happening. My stars are for cheery staff and cleanliness.

It doesn’t really make sense to stay there when you fly from the new terminal A. Shuttle bus provided by the hotel has a very limited capacity (not all tourists are able to use it) and is only once per hour. Taxi from the terminal A to the hotel costs about 40 AED, while a regular bus to the city center costs less than 5 AED…

Overpriced a bit, but maybe considering is somewhat close to airport makes sense.
They have a shuttle bus to take you from terminal a to the hotel, but the shuttle bus goes every hour only.

Klucz kilka razy nie działał do pokoju i musiałam schodzić oraz nie był położony na terminalu jak jest według bookingu , przynajmniej nie na naszym , basen nieczynny gdy dotarłam i nie mogłam skorzystać ( koło 19:00 godziny )

This hotel is within walking distance from the airports Terminal 1 & 2 but not Terminal A. There is a free shuttle bus which is really nice, but it only comes once an hour which is not very convenient. Staff were nice and efficient. Rooms were pleasant. Overall a great stay and perfect for a long layover.
There were only 2 pillows on the bed and both were very firm. It would have been nice to have a second option of a softer pillow.

Wszystko było w porządku. Punktualny shattlebus z lotniska - pan kierowca bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny,, szybki check-in i po chwili byliśmy w pokoju. Jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej bardzo smaczne. Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, ciche pokoje, wyspaliśmy się między lotami, czuliśmy się komfortowo :)
Pokój i łazienka mógłby być troszkę lepiej posprzątany. Dodatkowe łóżka w pokoju mogłby być lepiej nakryte, oraz łazienka mogłaby być lepiej posprzątana.

По состоянию на сегодня это самая близкая гостиница к аэропорту. Вифи хороший. Кровать удобная. В номере есть вода, кофе, чай. Тихо, несмотря на то, что вид - на аэропорт. Гостиница организует экскурсию к мечети шейха Зайда.
Бронировал эту гостиницу в октябре из-за пешей доступности к аэропорту. Увы, в январе аэропорт переехал, и больше нет смысла бронировать эту гостиницу по завышенной аэропортовской цене - сейчас от аэропорта к гостинице пешком не дойти - нужно ехать на гостиничном автобусе. Регулярное автобусное сообщение налажено, но налажено пока плохо - на выезде 4 января в 6 утра всем желающим места в автобусе не нашлось.
В номере не работал регулятор воды в душе. Хорошо что он был настроен на нужную температуру, так что помыться удалось. Напор воды скудный.
