Very relaxing, pleasant environment and great staff. Seeing the wildlife was amazing too

Clean and well maintained, chalet was spacious. Public areas pristine.

All good, maybe make it clearer exactly where each of the Otijwa collection is

Excellent beautiful lodge

Beautiful setting. Lovely garden and sitting areas..There are massages available which we had and liked. Good food. Pleasant performance by the staff of traditional singing and dancing

Our chalet was freezing and it was difficult to get it to a more comfortable temperature

5 / 10

A bit disappointed z

Lodge was beautifully appointed.

Expensive for basic accommodation. No hot water for shower. Milk given was sour. No dishcloth to do the dishes. No braaigrid.

Happy with this property

We got a small chalet - we had animals around us. The garden in the property is sooo clean & beautiful, i loved it. Dinner was excellent. They really paid attention to my husband dietary restrictions. It was quite private as well so it was a pleasant experience.

All was good. Nothing to complain

"Great location and a lodge with everything in terms of self catering, along with a restaurant. The Rhino Drive was astounding. Joseph our guide was brilliant."
