The location, the beautiful tropical setting, the rooms, the restaurants, the pool areas, facilities,water sports and the attentive staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent - the gardens were very well maintained - layout of the hotel and the communal areas very well designed -our room was spacious and comfortable The specialty restaurants can be recommended. - liked the Indian and Thai restaurant equally. The food at the buffet restaurant was of a high quality and you are spoilt for choice - many tasty well-presented options

The very uncomfortable little wooden bench on the patio - rather replace it with another comfortable designer patio chair that was a joy to sit on and relax while enjoying the view and garden

Great hotel. We were in all inclusive and it gave us lots of options of restaurants inside the hotel. Some good concerts in the evening and a few more activities included.

The hotel is big so some rooms are a bit far from the breakfast. The all inclusive package is not all inclusive - quite a few things were extra (options in the menu, certain drinks). Even having a small snack in the afternoon was a very limited quantity despite being in all inclusive. Or if you wanted a fresh juice from the juice bar, it was also extra.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful. The property is very photogenic, and we were able to take many great pictures during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and had enough storage space. Room cleanliness was excellent throughout our 7-night stay. The beach towel service was very well organized, and the towels themselves were of great quality. The evening entertainment and shows around the main bar were enjoyable and added a lot to the experience. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful, especially Poorvi and her colleagues, who always went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel genuinely welcome. Despite some shortcomings, we still had an enjoyable holiday overall thanks to the positive atmosphere and the people working at the hotel.

The hotel's location is quite far from the main attractions. The airport transfer took approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, and most popular tours and sightseeing spots were also around an hour away. Although we informed the hotel that we were celebrating our honeymoon, no special arrangements were made. We were told that honeymoon amenities are only offered to guests who book directly through the hotel's own website even though it was exactly same price. The rooms had poor sound insulation. At around 3 a.m., we could clearly hear our neighbors having a conversation, which affected our sleep. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Downloading a 200 MB video took around 30 minutes, and the connection frequently dropped around both the pool and beach areas. Although there was a huge variety of food available, only a small number of dishes were actually flavorful and memorable. Vendors and tour sellers regularly approached guests on the beach. Even after explaining that we were not interested, we had to repeat the same conversations almost every day even while sunbathing or trying to sleep. Service around the pool and beach was disappointing. Waiters seemed to take orders only about once an hour, and only if you managed to get their attention. The all-inclusive package did not provide good value for money. It cost almost twice as much as the bed and breakfast option, yet the alcohol selection was very limited. Most included cocktails were local rum-based drinks, while there were only a couple of whiskey and vodka options. Many well-known classic cocktails required an additional charge, which did not match our expectations of an all-inclusive experience.
