Awesome location, with beautifully crafted atmospheres. Extremely friendly staff.

The only thing we can critique is the bookings for the activities. We needed to go to reception to book for the other restaurants which was full most of the time. We got bookings eventually and it was worth the effort. The watersports gets cancelled with even light wind but this is understandable.

Flies everywhere.. by the pool, by the food , in the food…at the beach 😩and NO attempt to even try and keep food covered. * No designated smoking areas. *People literally smoke everywhere… and the resort is marketed as a family hotel? Is it not advisable NOT to smoke around young children? *Hotel needs a renovation . *Bathroom cleanliness 5/10 * Restaurant bathroom cubicles are NOT cleaned properly. *Not a single hook or space in the bathroom to hang anything. *Very little cupboard space. *1 towel per day per guest allowed at the pool. I wanted to exchange a wet towel for a dry towel and was told it is not allowed. When I commented weather I must use the same wet towel for the whole day I was rudely directed to a notice confirming this. This was my 10th stay in Mauritius and mostly stay in 4* hotels.. unfortunately my least favourite stay. Spend the extra money and go 5*.
