Peaceful and stylish setting , beach front, felt luxurious but comfortable. Magic views from the upstairs balcony. Heated swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner were amazing - so much food! Small facility and you felt looked after at all times.
Having to pay for water with meals. Could do with a few more kayaks, etc

It’s small and doesn’t feel like a massive resort, which we like but it implies that there are less organized activities if that’s something you look for. The feel of the hotel is intimate, but implies you pretty know everyone by breakfast day 2. It has a nice à la carte dining list, including some options for which you pay extra. Drinks are not included in the dinner and the wines are not cheap. Staff sometimes feels like too eager in trying to fill up your glass. The loungers at the pool are lovely with lovely views. Overall, we had a lovely and very relaxed stay in Seapoint. Staff are all lovely and helpful. The hotel feels more classy than some of the big resorts.
There is no gym on the properly, but just up the road there is a gym with padel courts which we used. You just pay for access. Maybe the hotel can more actively communicate that and offer a discounted rate. The sea in front of the hotel is not that easy to swim in. Quite rocky but you easily walk to the next door Beachcomber where you can more easily get access and also enjoy the sunset.

The rooms, definitely. Clean and spacious.
It was a weird experience. We only stayed a couple of days there but we did not started good. First dinner we order one particular waiter was obviously showing his displeasure for having us (we never managed to understand but for some reason the fact that we asked for beer instead of wine, as the other guest did, seemed to be his 'problem'). We thought it was that one time but we had him on a second day and the drill was the same: snare and displeasure.
Regarding the food. There must have being a problem their fridges because the first night the beer (draft) tasted bad/expired. We didn't give much of a thought (apart from the fact it tasted bad and send the beer back seemed as no option given the lovely waiter providibg the service) but right the next morning, both milk bottles at the buffet area were sour/expired. Too much of a coincidence, unfortunately. That sour milk confirmed our suspicions about the beers the night before.
For what it cost staying, we would have expect better quality.
The pool is good but not enough sun beds. Regarding to this, if you are looking for a good beach area for swimming this is not the location: too many rocks.
