Very comfortable and clean and lovely bar and restaurant. Good food offered at the buffet and decent breakfast. Staff very courteous and friendly, maybe one or two were not too friendly as an exception but overall thumbs up to everyone else. Great value! Its a must visiting and i will definitely do it again

Good value for money, especially because the water activities are included! Pecos helped my children and myself to become better at water skiing. The rooms are clean and spacious enough with beautiful lush green garden views. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as the living/open plan area. Special birds fill the garden and we also had a good view of the pool from our room. The beach is a 3 min walk to the beach restaurant where you can also have a refreshment on the beach while you wait for the water activities you booked or can swim if you like. Mango asked the first night about any allergies and he immediately made sure it was a key priority and that we felt safe, well fed and entertained together with his staff: Gian, Dev, Axel, Akin, Anne, Tanija.The food is prepared asif, for a 4 star hotel and everyone serves the customers with a friendly smile! I loved the singers and the traditional dancers! I loved the sushi night and all the desserts. The receptionists were all very helpful and the housekeeping gave a good service as well and they respect your wishes if you don't want it everyday. All the people in Mauritius aimed and succeeded in making us feel welcomed, entertained and it truly made our holiday memorable and very special! Monica and her colleagues from the spa, also cared very well for us and all our treatments were done with love and care. We can't thank them all enough. Merci beaucoup!!! ❤️ 💙 💜

The small windows that can't close/lock. But the security is excellent, and they have to prevent mold buil up because of the humidity, I understand. The 1st two nights, I just felt it would have helped to block out the noise a bit. But later we got used to it and appreciated all the friendly cultural people. I did complain about the noise, and they immediately must have talked to someone because we had wonderful quiet rest for the rest of the holiday nights. They will help, assist, and fix anything if you just talk to them or ask for help, so nothing really to complain about because their service is tops!!!

The staff were all very kind, friendly and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lady from Burund who was exceptionally warm, professional, and caring. The food was generally good.

The check-in process was very poorly organized and we had to wait for over an hour before receiving our room. The first room we were given was not in good condition with broken marble flooring, a damaged wardrobe door and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We were moved to a second room which was noticeably better but it still needs some renovation and better maintenance to meet guests' expectations At 1:00 PM the room was still not cleaned and we had to request that someone be sent however the staff member who came was very kind and helpful.
