I liked the cleanliness, the staff’s support and kindness
There was an extremely loud music event directly in the plaza and I didn’t realize that that was common. The walls are thin - the staff assured me it would stop by 5pm, but it went until 10pm. It is not a great place to stay on weekends if you enjoy quiet… I had asked to be moved to a different room, which had no view and was smaller and the bathroom smelled strange, but they moved me without hassle. It was quieter, but I could still hear the music.
