Perfect location on the waterfront at Penguin, a great place to stop the world and get off for a while. The beautiful retro unit was flooded with sun every morning and it was perfect for self catering. The local pub and cafes were excellent for those feeling lazy.

Great location
Property had to be vacuumed on arrival. Dryer filter was filthy and the door needs a thorough clean. Washing machine is out of balance and rocks noisily when in use. The sofa bed had no sheets on it. Some old, balled up, pilled ones were found in a wardrobe. The mattress on the sofa bed was also unbearably uncomfortable as the springs dig in to your body. There are no block out curtains so first light has everybody up. Chairs outside had to be cleaned of dirt and spiderwebs in order to use.
