The lake of availability of attractions such as snorkeling trip (were very limited). The others water sport activities are bit far from the hotel and are located in a nearby hotel.

We had a really lovely holiday at Sugar Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and very, very friendly throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Scyam, who always made sure we had everything we needed, and to Patricia, who kept our room perfectly clean and comfortable. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
The resort itself is very well maintained, including the beautiful gardens and beachfront. There was also a great variety of food, with plenty of choices available throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time at Sugar Beach.

Beautiful grounds very well kept.Restaurants good with excellent choice.
Some of waiting staff had attitude and it was hit and miss service at breakfast and dinner buffet according to which waiter you had. Adult pool was not supervised so people reserved the limited sinners very early in the morning. Pool attendant was unhelpful did not want to clean around the edges of the pool and was unwilling to help with anything except give out a towel.
