We loved the villa layout, the swimming pool and the grand entrance with pool table and everyday cleaning of the rooms were all great.
The kitchen was not properly equipped, lacking in pots, pans and cooking utensils. There were no mirrors except in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and charming. All were local people. But the hotel is quite far from Chenang beach. Need transportation to the beach and shops.
I booked a deluxe private pool and paid more than RM6k including breakfast for 3 nights. The hotel is something similar to motels in Bali with private swimming pool. But the price in Bali is cheaper by 50% than La villa. Copying the concept is not a bad idea. But the price should come with excellent service. We got wet every day to cross the bridge because of heavy rain. No pathway roof provided. Worst still because of the heavy rain, even the room got flooded. Very few hangars were provided. The bed was not super king but only a queen size bed. Owners are ripping off the guests. Very cheap stakes.
