We really enjoyed our stay here! Good location —just a short walk to Cenang’s main street, easy access to shops, restaurants, cafés and the beach. The villa was comfortable and had plenty of space for our group of 10. The beds were comfy, with clean linens and fresh towels provided, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the karaoke and pool table. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the water dispenser, washing machine and basic appliances, easy key and gate remote which made the villa feel practical and convenient for a group stay. Overall, it was a great place for us to unwind, have fun and enjoy our time together in Langkawi. Would recommend for big group
A few pointers that could make the stay even better. Since the villa accommodates 10 guests, having enough dining chairs, glasses, mugs would be helpful—we often ended up using stools, pool deck chairs and even the piano chair around the dining table! The master bedroom was large, but the AC wasn’t sufficient to cool the room properly. The industrial fan provided since ceiling fan was spoilt, didn't help cos too loud. A few maintenance items, such as the leaking bidet and wobbly WC, would also be good to address. We noticed these were mentioned in a review earlier this year, so hopefully they can be looked into soon.

Amazing location near Cenang beach, well stocked house. Very comfortable beds. House keeper explained everything clearly and guided us on what to do. Came in on the last day to check everything and return the security deposit. Two thumbs up
AC in the bigger rooms could be higher tonnage, didn't really cool very well although we ran it thru the day. Pool is kinda small and gets warm thru the hot summer day. Some lights around the gate during the evening would be good, gets pretty dark. Quite safe to walk around though

Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr gut. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Alles sehr geräumig. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Hier gefällt es sogar dem Hornbill. Er kam Abends öfters vorbei. War schön ihn vom Pool aus zu beobachten.
Kleinere Renovierung wäre notwendig. WC wackelt, Ablauf am kleinen Spülbecken läuft schlecht ab. Kochtöpfe teilweise schlechter Zustand.
